STRUT charity fashion show raises over £25,000
Fashion filled the air in Odiham on 25 April 2026, when All Saints’ Church was transformed into a vibrant catwalk for STRUT – a charity fashion show with a difference and a celebration of community through clothes.
Hosted by ITN/Sky’s Olivia Guthrie and former BBC foreign correspondent Adam Mynott, the show featured 14 local models with ages from 14 to over 70, slick performances by Orwell Dance, an Anna Wintour look-alike, stand-in Traitor Claude the Fraud, as well paparazzi from the RAF and a comic 007 skit by ‘Gentlemen Unleashed’. The slow fashion STRUT collection showcased 70 pre-loved outfits: from Jigsaw and Karen Millen to Christian Lacroix, Amanda Wakeley and Prada. An auction of items kindly donated by local supporters added to the fun.
Pop-up shops to sell the 400 new and as-new clothes took place at the Barnsgrove club in Greywell, the Welfare and Community Centre at RAF Odiham and at All Saints’ itself.
The trustees are delighted to announce that over £25,000 was raised, thanks to the generosity of our supporters. Proceeds will fund essential work to maintain and preserve All Saints’ Church.
